1. How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow at least 3 days for your order to be prepared. Payment is required at the time of ordering. Need it sooner? Message us at mondocongo.nz@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Shipping
We ship our treats and accessories nationwide across New Zealand! But please note that fresh products like birthday cakes and mini cupcakes are available for Auckland delivery only. Shipping times are additional to the 3 day processing period.
3. Shipping rates
For treats and accessories, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For birthday cakes and mini cupcakes, we offer a flat delivery rate of $10 (Auckland only). Enjoy free delivery on purchases over $80, or free pick up in Hobsonville, Auckland.
A $6 delivery surcharge applies to Rural addresses, just choose the Rural option at checkout.
